More evidence Janelle Rettig misled voters about being a fiscal conservative

“It is our No. 1 trails project and I think we should finish it,” Johnson County Supervisor Janelle Rettig said in reference to completing phase two of the Dubuque Street Trail despite having a budget shortfall of $43,000.
