The group North Liberty Concerned Taxpayers has sent out a direct mail piece to the city's residents, alerting them to some shennanigans being played by the city council. The mailer reads in part: "...make the North Liberty City Council accountable. Ask them to explain the City’s 64 acre land purchase and the transfer of 24 acres to the University of Iowa Community Credit Union for one dollar."
