The liberal blogs listed below failed to provide honest coverage (if any at all) of University of Iowa Professor Ellen Lewin, who responded to a College Republican Event Announcement with, "F*** YOU REPUBLICANS." Granted, these blogs are liberal and they have a right to express a liberal opinion and convey a liberal take on the news of the day. They have a right to cover the stories they want to cover.
But why do these blogs fail to cover items like the Professor Lewin story and other truly news worthy events?
Because their decision making isn't intellectually honest. They're not interested in giving you the truth. These blogs aren't interested in dressing down one of their own, they don't want to touch a story that puts a liberal or a liberal stance in a bad light. They'll excuse it, they'll attempt to justify it, spin it, most often just plain ol' ignore it. They want to keep bad liberal news in the shadows. That's a disservice to any reader, no matter the political stripe.
Therefore, the content these blogs do *deliver* isn't something you can trust. These blogs by and large flat out fail to convey insightful information based in actual fact. So with that in mind here's a one or two word description for the following liberal blogs of Iowa. We'll be focusing on these blogs in the coming weeks, focusing on what they fail to cover, and what they spin.
