KUDOS: Check out the great news story from Steve Rathje below. Iowa needs a man of action like him with a business mindset in Washington, not more lawyers who do too much talking, whose trade it is to question everything, who yield nothing but red tape as a result.
Today Steve Rathje and his company International Procurement Services, Inc. (IPS), was once again successful in negotiating the return of even more jobs to America.
“We just received more Purchase Agreements from a customer in Fresno, California for gears and cams manufactured from Delrin Plate that used to be imported from Ireland. Both items will now be manufactured in the U.S. by our part specific supplier in Pennsylvania,” said Rathje.
Gear: Ireland - $17.54 / Gear: USA - $12.19
Savings to Customer x 1000 p/yr.: $5,350.00 or 31%
Cam: Ireland - $ 6.38 / Cam: USA - $3.62
Savings to Customer x 1000 p/yr. $2,760.00 or 44%
Savings to American Jobs: Priceless!
“In addition, we also received a Purchase Order Agreement from the same customer for Pivot Bar Weldments used in manufacturing construction equipment that once again were being imported from Ireland. These parts will now be manufactured in their entirety by American craftsman in eastern Iowa,” Rathje continued.
Ireland: $72.34
U.S.A.: $49.77
Savings to customer x 1150 units p/yr: $25,955.50 or 32%
The savings to American Jobs was once again, Priceless!
This is what Steve Rathje does on a daily basis, he's good at it, he's successful, he's an expert in bringing jobs back to America.
COMPLAINT: What's liberal Congressman Bruce Braley got? Nothing tangible in job creation, nothing real to speak of. He's spent a lot of your money, with nothing to show for it. How is that representing Iowa's First District?
