EXCLUSIVE: This should go nicely towards college tuition — after month-long salary renegotiations, the child stars of ABC hit Modern Family are finalizing new deals with series producer 20th Century Fox TV that will come with much bigger paychecks. I hear Rico Rodriguez, 14, who plays Gloria’s (Sofia Vergara) wise-beyond-his-years son Manny; Nolan Gould, 13, who plays the Dunphys’ dim-witted son Luke; Ariel Winter, 14, who plays his book-smart sister Alex; and Sarah Hyland, 21, who plays their college-bound older sister Haley, will be making in the neighborhood of $70,000 an episode, about tripling their current salaries.
