Regents grant 4% raises to UI, ISU presidents | blogs.press-citizen.com

CORALVILLE COURIER EDITOR'S NOTE: Does this come with a 4% tuition increase? Have our kids increased their learning by a commensurate amount? Are graduation rates higher or lower? The article says goals and objectives were met, but fails to mention what those goals and objectives were.

The Iowa state Board of Regents voted unanimously Thursday to grant 4 percent raises to University of Iowa President Sally Mason and Iowa State University President Steven Leath.

Mason’s salary will become $513,003 up from $493,272. Leath’s will become $466,752, up from $448,800.
